Plans and billing
MimiKey's plans and usage limits, how to check your current plan in the web vault, and how upgrades and renewals work.
Current plans
MimiKey currently offers only the Free plan (免费版), and every feature is available without paying. The Free plan includes:

The pricing page and the Plan page in the web vault always show the current plans and limits. Plans are configured on the server, and any changes will appear in both places.
Check your plan and usage
- Sign in to the web vault.
- Open the account menu and choose Plan (套餐).
The Plans & usage (套餐与用量) page shows:
- Current plan: the plan name and status — Free, Trial, Active, Past due (in grace period) or Expired — and when it ends or the trial ends.
- Usage: how much of each limit you've used, for example devices 2 / 5. A limit shown as 不限 means unlimited.
- Plans: the available plans with their prices, entitlements and any free trial.
When you reach a limit
When you reach the limit for devices, items, shared vaults or members, the action that would add one more is refused with the message "已达到当前套餐的用量上限，请升级套餐后再试。" (You've reached your plan's limit; upgrade and try again.)
If you've hit the device limit, you can revoke devices you no longer use.
Upgrade and renew
Once paid plans are available, you'll buy them on the Plan page:
- Under Payment method (支付方式), choose a payment channel. The page lists the available channels, such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, card payments through Stripe, or PayPal.
- If you have a promo code, enter it under Promo code (optional) (优惠码（可选）).
- In the plan list, click Buy (购买) — or Renew (续订) for your current plan. Plans with a trial also offer Start free trial (免费试用).
- Scan the QR code, or complete the payment on the page that opens.
- The page updates by itself once the payment is confirmed and shows that the plan is active.
Your plan changes only when the server has confirmed the payment. If the page doesn't update for a while after you pay, don't pay again — refresh the Plan page to check the order status.
Note Billing is tied to your account, not to your encryption. MimiKey's servers can't see your items when handling billing either.
Where billing is managed
Viewing, buying and renewing plans is currently done only on the Plan page of the web vault. The Mac, iPhone and Android apps don't have billing settings.
